PRODUCT PRICING
All product prices listed on the website exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices also exclude duties and taxes imposed by authorities in other countries for international orders. These must be covered by the customer.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
PLISSÉ® updates product availability based on real-time inventory. Products may be available for immediate dispatch or pre-order, as indicated on each product page.
- In-stock items will be processed and shipped within approximately five (5) business days.
- Pre-orders will ship within three (3) to thirty (30) business days, depending on location (domestic or international).
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
PLISSÉ® will make every effort to fulfill all orders promptly.
PAYMENT
Customers must pay the full value of their order at the time of purchase. All transactions are securely processed via Mercado Pago. For more information, visit:

Shipping fees will be added to the product price at checkout and communicated to the customer prior to finalizing the purchase.
Customers must report any unauthorized or fraudulent charges within five (5) business days by emailing plisse.official@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +57 301 792 9270. Refunds will be coordinated with the relevant payment provider.
PLISSÉ® reserves the right to partially or fully reject any purchase offer. In such cases, we will refund the corresponding amount paid, without interest or additional compensation.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon completing a purchase, PLISSÉ® will send a confirmation email detailing the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may not be canceled after payment is confirmed. Changes to in-stock orders can be made before shipping. For made-to-order items, changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing plisse.official@gmail.com.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Product Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. PLISSÉ® is not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are shipped via partnered courier services:
- In-stock orders (domestic): shipped within five (5) business days.
- International orders: shipped within eight (8) business days.
- Pre-orders: dispatched within twenty (20) to thirty (30) business days.
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. PLISSÉ® is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or customer-related issues. In such cases, customers must contact the courier directly.
For security reasons, deliveries are not made if the recipient or address cannot be verified.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost or stolen, the courier service is responsible and will initiate an investigation. The compensation process depends on the insured value of the shipment.
Failed Deliveries
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with instructions for rescheduling.
If delivery is not completed within five (5) business days of the first attempt, the customer must contact PLISSÉ®. Failure to do so will result in the return of the package, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
Delivery Inspection
Customers must inspect the package upon receipt and report any visible damage within 24 hours of delivery via email to plisse.official@gmail.com. After this period, only warranty claims will be accepted.
Missing Items
To file a claim for missing products, customers must notify PLISSÉ® within 24 hours of delivery. The claim must be made via email and will be valid within 21 calendar days of receiving the package.
EXCHANGES
Products may be exchanged in the following ways:
- In person at our office (by appointment), within 10 calendar days of purchase.
- Online, within 10 calendar days of delivery.
Please note:
- Items on sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange.
- Custom-made products (e.g. belts, hats, made-to-measure items) are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are processed at the purchase value. If the new item is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference. If the new item is of lesser value, no refunds will be issued—a store credit will be provided.
- Products must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging. If unavailable, the item must be returned in suitable protective packaging.
- Include a copy of the original receipt, indicating the items being exchanged and the reason.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
This right applies exclusively to purchases made through our website.
The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within five (5) business days of receiving the product, in accordance with Article 47 of the Colombian Consumer Protection Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).
To do so, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.
- The customer must bear the full cost of return shipping.
To initiate a withdrawal, the customer must submit a written request to plisse.official@gmail.com within the five-day window, providing their full name, order number, and reason for the return.
After the product is returned and inspected, PLISSÉ® will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the product.
WARRANTY POLICY
PLISSÉ® offers a thirty (30) calendar day warranty for products purchased through our website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper handling or care.
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Alterations or repairs made by third parties.
- Exposure to chemicals, moisture, or heat.
To request a warranty claim, email plisse.official@gmail.com with the following:
- Full name and order number.
- Photos of the item showing the issue.
- Description of the problem.
If the product is eligible for warranty, PLISSÉ® will offer repair, replacement, or, if neither is possible, a credit or refund. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our office.
If the issue is not covered by the warranty, PLISSÉ® will notify the customer and offer repair services at the customer’s expense, if possible.
PRODUCT CARE
To ensure the longevity and proper condition of PLISSÉ® products, we recommend the following:
- Store items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
- Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, perfumes, oils, or makeup.
- For handbags: Do not overload. Clean with a soft, damp cloth.
- For silk items: Dry clean or hand wash with cold water and mild soap. Do not wring or tumble dry.
- Knitwear: Hand wash gently and dry flat. Avoid hangers to prevent distortion.
Proper care will preserve the appearance and structure of your product.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or transactions conducted through it shall be resolved by Colombian courts, specifically those with jurisdiction in the city of Bogotá, D.C.
